The historic Pulhamite rockery and waterfall provide a dramatic, natural setting, while the ornate Victorian bandstand and tree-lined avenues offer soft, shaded lighting. We can take a relaxed 10-minute stroll through the grounds without ever taking you far from your guests.

Both venues are exceptionally well-equipped for wet weather. Ashfield House features grand, neutral interiors and sweeping staircases bathed in natural window light. At Holland Hall, original timber beams and candlelit rooms create rich, atmospheric indoor moments. If there’s a break in the rain, we grab umbrellas for fun, candid outdoor shots.

Yes. Wigan registrars (both at The Lodge, Mesnes Park and Wigan Town Hall) are supportive and accommodating. I work completely unobtrusively using silent electronic shutters and zero flash during the vows and ring exchange, capturing every emotional moment without interrupting the ceremony.
