Once we’ve confirmed your date is available and discussed your plans, this is the final step to officially secure your date in my diary.
Because I only shoot a strictly limited number of weddings each year as a dedicated Manchester wedding photographer, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once your booking details and deposit are received.

Secure Booking Process

Deposit & ContractYour wedding date is 100% secured in my calendar only upon receipt of the signed digital contract and the deposit.

Calendar LockingOnce your booking is finalised, I lock my calendar for that day. I never double-book or shoot multiple events on the same date.

Private Client AreaGallery links are managed in a secure, private client page on my website for your convenience. This will be shared with you after your wedding.

Booking FAQ:

How much is the deposit?The standard deposit of £100 is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.

Can we change our package after booking?Yes. You can upgrade your package or add additional coverage hours at any point up to 30 days before your wedding date.

What happens after we complete this form?You will be asked to view and sign your digital contract and you will see details on paying the deposit.
You can sign the contract and pay the deposit online in under five minutes.
