Hey there. Once I've confirmed your wedding date is free and discussed your package requirements, the final step is to secure your booking. Because I only shoot a limited number of weddings each year to ensure the highest standard of editing and client care, dates are only officially reserved in my calendar once the booking process is complete.

Please provide your final wedding details, package selection, and contact information. Once you submit this form, I will generate your custom booking contract and secure booking fee invoice. You will receive these via your client portal within 24 hours, and your date will be held temporarily for 7 days pending completion.

Deposit & ContractYour wedding date is 100% secured in my calendar only upon receipt of the signed digital contract and the deposit.

Calendar LockingOnce your booking is finalised, I lock my calendar for that day. I never double-book or shoot multiple events on the same date.

Private Client AreaGallery links are managed in a secure, private client page on my website for your convenience. This will be shared with you after your wedding.

How much is the deposit?The standard depoit of £100 is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.

Can we change our package after booking?Yes. You can upgrade your package or add additional coverage hours at any point up to 30 days before your wedding date.

What happens after we complete this form?You will be asked to view and sign your digital contract and yuo will see details on paying the deposit. You can sign the contract and pay the deposit online in under five minutes.
