What is your photography style?
I specialise in documentary-style (or reportage) wedding photography, which means I focus on capturing genuine, unposed moments that tell the true story of your day. My goal is to provide timeless images filled with emotion, atmosphere, and authenticity.
Do you edit all the photos?
Absolutely! Every photo you receive is professionally edited to enhance its quality and beauty. This includes adjustments to color, lighting, and overall balance to ensure your gallery looks stunning and cohesive.
How many photos will we receive?
On average, you’ll receive 400-600 beautifully edited images, depending on the length of coverage and the flow of your day.
Can we provide a shot list?
I’m happy to discuss any must-have shots, such as family portraits or special details, but I focus on capturing the day naturally. Trusting me to document the candid moments allows your wedding story to unfold beautifully.
Booking and Availability
How far in advance should we book you?
I recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 12-18 months in advance, especially if your wedding is during peak season.
Are you available on our wedding date?
Let’s find out! Reach out with your date, and I’ll confirm my availability as soon as possible.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, I do! Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture photos you can use for save-the-dates, invitations, or just as a keepsake.
Pricing and Packages
What’s included in your wedding photography packages?
Each package includes coverage of key parts of your day, professionally edited photos, and an online gallery for viewing and sharing your images. Additional options like albums, prints, and extended coverage are available to personalize your package.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! If you have specific needs or a unique celebration planned, I’m happy to create a package tailored just for you.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I ask for a £100 deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding.
Are there any additional costs we should know about?
The only potential extras are travel fees for weddings outside my standard service area or add-ons like a second photographer, extra hours, or expedited photo delivery.
The Wedding Day
Will you be the one photographing our wedding?
Yes! When you book with me, I’ll be the one capturing your special day. If a second photographer is needed, I work with trusted professionals who share my vision.
Do you work with a second photographer or assistant?
A second photographer is available as an add-on and can be a great option for larger weddings or if you’d like coverage of multiple locations at once.
How do you handle challenging lighting or weather conditions?
I’m experienced in working with all kinds of lighting, from dark venues to outdoor ceremonies. I also come prepared with professional equipment to handle unexpected challenges, including rain!
What happens if you’re ill or unable to attend?
In the unlikely event I can’t attend, I have a network of professional photographers I trust who can step in. You’ll still receive the same level of quality and care.
Do you photograph other parts of the day, like getting ready or late-night dancing?
Absolutely! My coverage is tailored to your needs, and I love documenting the full story of your day, from the excitement of getting ready to the fun on the dance floor.
Post-Wedding
When will we receive our photos?
Your gallery will be ready within 4 weeks, but if you can’t wait, we offer a Fast-Track Delivery option to receive your photos in just 7 days!
How will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a secure online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. High-resolution files are included for printing, and you can also order prints directly through the gallery.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! I offer beautifully crafted albums and premium-quality prints. These make perfect keepsakes to relive your wedding day for years to come.
What rights do we have to the photos?
You’ll receive a license for personal use, which means you can print and share your photos as much as you’d like. I do retain the copyright, allowing me to use them for my portfolio (with your permission).

Do you have insurance?
Yes, I’m fully insured, including public liability and equipment coverage. This gives peace of mind to both you and your venue.
Have you worked at our venue before?
If I’ve photographed at your venue, I’m happy to share previous examples. If it’s a new venue, I’ll do my homework and arrive early to familiarise myself with the space.
Can we meet before booking?
Of course! I’d love to get to know you and discuss your plans. We can meet in person or schedule a video call—whichever works best for you.
What should we wear for an engagement session?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Neutral tones and coordinating colors work great, but most importantly, choose outfits that reflect your personality and style.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date. For cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, and there maybe portional balance owed depending on how close the cancellation is to your booking, but I’m happy to discuss the details with you.
Can we request specific edits or adjustments?
Yes, within reason! My editing style is natural and timeless, but I’m happy to accommodate small requests like removing distractions or refining specific details.
What happens if our timeline changes on the day?
Flexibility is key! If things run behind schedule, I’ll adapt to make sure we still capture everything. Additional coverage can also be added if needed.
